A Napa Coloring Book Distribution

In honor of Historic Preservation Month for May, Napa County Landmarks (NCL) distributed free coloring books to all Napa County third graders. A Napa Coloring Book was written by Marie Dolcini, past NCL Board Member, and was illustrated by Mary Ann Henderson. In 2015 this bilingual coloring book received the Governor’s Historic Preservation Award.

Pictured here are the AmeriCorps volunteers who assembled the books for each third-grade classroom at the Napa County Office of Education (NCOE). Left to right: Natalie Cebulski–AmeriCorps Statewide Leader; Heather Whitacre–Administrative Assistant (in back); Carolina Barragan; Stewart Davis–AmeriCorps Recruitment Leader, and Nina Pariani–Program Assistant.
