The first in a three-part series of exhibits celebrating arts and culture in Napa County, The Valley Beautiful: Architecture is on view at the historic Goodman Library from October 4, 2024 through March 22, 2025. Presented in association with Napa County Landmarks which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, this exhibit explores the Valley through the lens of architecture, showcasing commercial, residential, educational, governmental, and sacred spaces that grace the landscapes of Napa. The exhibit employs juxtaposition to illustrate changes over time, style and significant details, changes in use, and redevelopment. Guests will learn about the designs of some of the Valley’s most prominent architects and the buildings that reflect the aesthetics of various eras.

This exhibit is free and open to the public five days a week during NCHS business hours, Tuesday-Thursday 10-3 and Friday & Saturday 10-5. More information here.
