Captains & Mansions Walking Tour. Step back in time and explore the historic Napa Abajo neighborhood, home to the grand mansions of Riverboat Captains and their families who shaped the city’s past.

📍 Meeting Point: The historic Hatt Building/Napa River Inn, 500 Main St, Napa (north side of the building near the sign at the parking area; restrooms available)

🕘 Two Tour Times: APRIL 12, 2025.

1:00-2:30 PM led by City of Napa Mayor Scott Sedgley
3:00-4:30 PM led by historian and Napa County Landmarks Board Member Kara Brunzell.

⏳ Duration: 90 minutes; approximately 1.5 mile walk

🏠 Highlights: Walk past 10 stunning historic buildings and Victorian-era mansions and uncover the stories behind their owners and preservation of these structures.

The tours are rain or shine. Bring a hat and a water bottle if it’s sunny!
