Established in 1859, Tulocay Cemetery has been the steward of the final resting place of long-ago Napa Valley residents, and others, for generations.

Within its serene park-like setting, many of those at rest within Tulocay Cemetery have been honored with special markers, statuary and/or structures. Each of these commemorative elements and objects hold their own unique and meaningful design, style and symbolism.

The details of these remembrances and acts of reverence will be the focus of each featured walking tour stop.

Also, a brief biographical sketch highlighting the life and times of those associated with the featured sites will complete the story.

The tour begins through the original iron gates at the Tulocay Memorial Mausoleum on the left. The Mausoleum is near of the old office where parking is also available. Check in begins at 9:45 AM.
