Help Save this Classic Revival House!

The upper level of this building is a 1900 Classical Revival–style house at 1100 West Street in Napa and is available to a qualified applicant willing to move the structure to another location and save the home. A qualified applicant must have a relocation site readily available, must demonstrate that they have the resources to complete the move of the structure, and must work with a licensed house moving contractor. The historic upper level is approximately 2,051 SF and is rated HRI-2 on the City’s Historic Resources Inventory but it is does not have Landmark status. The City of Napa will be accepting proposals from interested parties for the relocation of the upper floor.The following deadlines must be met by any party interested in relocating and saving this property:

November 23, 2015 — Deadline to submit proposal;
December 21, 2015 — Deadline to execute Agreement for removal of the structure; and
May 1, 2016 — Deadline to complete removal of the structure.
